🎯 In this video I explain how to test and diagnose the 4 wire ignition coil on Toyota & Lexus. We already have some videos for testing different types of ignition coils, but this video is specifically for coil on plugs with four wires. In this video we will have a look at the wiring diagram to see what are the differences between coil on plugs with 2 wires, 3 wires and 4 wires. Then I explain how to test the wiring on ignition coil connector, after that, I use an oscilloscope to diagnose the ignition coil. I perform this diagnostic on a Toyota Corolla 2012.
